H	Hugh-Linda Buchanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This campground had little or no amenities. There was no rec hall in the park, no laundry facilities, a very small washroom (10x12) which was of course closed because of Covid-19, no pool, no beach, no open area for playing catch. There is a community beach a couple of km from the park, but you have to drive to it .The office for the park is on the other side of the county road, so you have to park on the county road to register. The campground is extremely hilly and the roads extremely bumpy and steep. Most of the sites are seasonal but there were a few transients sites , the one we were assigned was a large level back in. The park is very heavily forested and very pretty in the fall. Just watch out for falling acorns which sounded like bombs hitting the roof. (No fault of the park) The lake is very nice with a marina , but there is no where is store the boat trailer except at your site. The water pressure was the poorest of any campground I have stayed in. I had to fill the water tank of my RV and shower with the onboard pump. The is a wifi hotspot down near the office. I found the manager of the park (Anthony) to be very pleasant and helpful.

My brother has had a seasonal site there for many years, campground is quiet, friendly and the private beach is awesome. Anthony & Nancy are great hosts. Thank You for the hospitality !!! Stephen

Many great activities for all family members are provided. The hosts, Anthony and Nancy are awesome. They ensure that all guests feel welcome and provide any assistance needed. They are exceptionally helpful ensuring that every guest will have an enjoyable stay at their campground.

The owners are continually making upgrades year after year, improving the waterfront with a new pavilion, waterfall and boardwalk, and upgrading the washroom complex to make it accessible and adding a laundry facility.
