Dale and Lynn worked hard to build an amazing team where staff work like owners. The customer service provided goes beyond the realm of insurance, and we are pleased to continue our business relationship with whom we call "Friends"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rempel Insurance has been excellent to deal with. My company has benefited from their friendly and quick response time when needing a Certificate of Insurance(COI) produced. I don't think we have ever had to wait more than 10 minutes in the past 5 years we have been dealing with Rempel Insurance. That is fast! In the trucking industry this is extremely valuable when you are trying to book freight and you don't want to loose time because you can get a COI quick enough. I dealt with another company before Rempel and their response time could sometimes take up to half a day.
In addition to being quick and friendly Rempel Insurance is always ready to help. From the owner to the staff everyone has been top notch. I would recommend them any looking for an insurance broker.

Not only did he get us a high value policy he also got it for us in a tighter timeline. Keep up the good work Dave!

I highly recommend Rempel insurance, especially for those in the trucking industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ... Rempel Insurance and Tyler were outstanding !
They were the only MPI outlet, out of three and MPI themselves, to find a solution that no one else had the ability and drive to accomplish !
Tyler also stayed late on a sunny Saturday to allow documents for me to sign before he closed the shop ... above and beyond service and was much appreciated !
I highly recommend them and definitely a 10 out of 10 !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building but terrible service. Kelly treated me like a criminal from start to finish. I eventually walked out in disgust despite multiple attempts to satisfy her rigid demands. Its as if she revels in wielding the tiny amount of power she has and goes out of her way to ensure maximum disappointment. Horrible person.
