J'ai simplement téléphoné pour en savoir plus sur ses remorques et qu'il me dise son avis sur un compétiteur vs la sienne... il m'a quasiment ri en pleine face et m'a raccroché la ligne au nez. Ça existe encore des gens comme ça en 2019 ? Il y a tellement d'autre compagnie de remorque, n'allez pas là ! Il pense qu'il est encore en 1980 le monsieur...

Quand j'ai eu une infiltration d'eau dans le nez, le manufacturier m'a répondu le plus bêtement que j'ai été servi dans toute ma vie, me renvoyant à mon détaillant pour la garantie alors que je voulais lui donner des points d'améliorations. Mon détaillant m'a répondu, qu'il savait que le manufacturier a une attitude de M, que comme j'étais à 200km de là, m'a recommandé le produit à acheter, où l'acheter, comment le poser et si j'étais capable de le faire. Ensuite m'a dit de lui envoyer la facture pour l'achat. Dans les derniers mois j'y ai fait plus ajouts et améliorations pour chaque fois trouver des défauts. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout cette marque de remorque : mal conçu, mal assemblé et manufacturier qui s'en balance.

Le probleme est que personnes ne m as dit que si j ai besoin de service je doit aller jusqua victoria ville sois a 2.5heures de chez nous. Donc pour la perte de temps qui equivaut a plus que les reparation, j ai dut le payer de mes poches. A avoir su je ne l aurais pas acheter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce concessionnaire nest pas recommendable si vous ne faites pas finacer avec leur broker Financement Leblanc le propriétaire vous le fait dentir que vous netes pas le bienvenue il a meme mentionner que il perd de largent si on on fait pas affaire avec eux il menace de vendre votre remorque commandee si il na pas dargent vite fait . Nachetez jamais la . . . Vraiment vraiment une bonne experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my truck and trailer in for repairs. Mainly the lights and trailer breaks. I left the vehicles there for a couple of days. I went to pick them up, paid them just over $1000. I went into the yard and the lights didn't work properly. They spent another 2 hours trying to figure it out but failed. They charged me another 2 hours labor. They took the truck back the next day to try another fix. Stand to see if the 3rd try worked. Paid 3 times.
