★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix correctes. Mais remorques pas trop entretenus (petites bricoles mais.....) et les locaux donnent l'impression d'arriver à la fin.
 Correct prices. But not too maintained trailers (minor things but .....) and the premises give the impression of arriving at the end.

J'ai fais ce rating il y a 3 semaines et aujourd'hui, un employé me rappel pour me traiter de menteur. Que mon expérience n'est pas vrai et de le retirer. Que si je le retire, que le propriétaire allait peut être m'accomoder.. (bizarre pcq la journée que c'est arrivé, il était catégorique que le propriétaire ne payerait JAMAIS pour ca). Ca faisait longtemps que quelqu'un ne m'avait pas sacré après. Mon une étoile sur 5 est encore plus justifier. Voici mon experience ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Vraiment pas mon genre de faire des commentaires de ce genre mais je n'ai pas eu un très bon service.
Le gars qui me faisait reculer pour attacher le trailer m'a mal guider et j'ai bossé et grafigné mon bumper. (Ma boule à cogné la pôle du trailer et ça la fait "swingner" dans mon bumber. Aucun bloque pour retenir les roues)
Un encrage dans le trailer manquait 2 vis donc pas pu l'utiliser.
La porte de 200 lbs, les câble pour la retenir étaient cassé(imaginez mon père de 72 ans retenir ça et la lever).
Bref, 75$ de location pour 24h ce n'est pas cher, mais 500$ de réparation de bumber ça commence à être plate. Selon l'employé, le propriétaire n'allait jamais payer pour ce genre de problème...

I made this rating 3 weeks ago and today, an employee calls me back to call me a liar. That my experience is not true and take it back. That if I withdraw it, that the owner might accommodate me.. (weird because the day it happened, he was adamant that the owner would NEVER pay for it). It's been a long time since someone crowned me after. My one star out of 5 is even more justified. Here is my experience ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Really not my type to make comments like that but I didn't have very good service.
The guy who made me back up to attach the trailer misguided me and I bumped and scratched my bumper. (My ball hit the pole of the trailer and it made it "swing" in my bumber. No blocks to hold the wheels)
An inking in the trailer was missing 2 screws so could not use it.
The 200 lbs door, the cables to hold it were broken (imagine my 72 year old father holding that and lifting it).
In short, $75 rental for 24 hours is not expensive, but $500 for bumber repairs is starting to get boring. According to the employee, the owner was never going to pay for this kind of problem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’appelle pour une première fois juste pour réserver et parce qu’ils sont très occupés je me fais dire: « faites ça vite mme et en voulez-vous une ou pas il y a du monde au comptoir… rappelez-nous dans une demi-heure ». Tu parles d’une façon sympathique d’attirer de nouveaux clients. Zéro point pour le service clientèle. J’espère que ce n’était pas le propriétaire…
I call for the first time just to reserve and because they are very busy I am told: "do it quickly ma'am and do you want one or not there are people at the counter ... call us back in a half -hour ". Talk about a fun way to attract new customers. Zero points for customer service. Hope it wasn't the owner...
