Il est arrivé en peu de temps et a été d'une grande utilité pour m'aider a résoudre le problème avec mon vehicule, mm si à la base j'avais appellé seulement pour un survoltage. Je donnerais plus que 5étoiles si je pouvais, je recommenderais définitivement Remorquage Sainte-Agathe. Merci beaucoup!!!

Le patrouilleur qui est venu me tirer (une pente trop abrupte pour une voiture électrique) est arrivé 1h30 plus tôt que prévu. Wow. Merci à vous.
Thank you. Very professional. The dispatcher (thank you Alain) reminded me to contact my "Hyundai assistance" so that the towing costs are 100% covered by the manufacturer. The patroller who came to pull me (too steep a slope for an electric car) arrived 1h30 earlier than expected. Wow. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service et très efficace. J'ai dû appeler mon assistance routière (GSA) car ma Toyota c'est enfoncé dans un banc de neige au Domaine Ste-Agathe. L'opérateur est arrivée a temps, très polie et courtois et a pris le temps de regarder la meilleure option pour sortir mon véhicule . Il a ensuite pris des photo avant de commencer pour s'assurer qu'il n'étais pas responsable pour les dommages causés quand la voiture a frappé le banc de neige. Ensuite ils a fait attention de ne pas utilisé des crochets et a pris un genre de cable en tissu pour acrocher le crochet du trueil sous le derrière de ma camry. Très satisfait du service. Je recommande remorquage Sainte-Agathe pour tous vos besoin en remorquage.
Great service and very efficient. I had to call my roadside assistance (GSA) because my Toyota got stuck in a snow bank at Domaine Ste-Agathe. The operator arrived on time, very polite and courteous and took the time to look at the best option to get my vehicle out. He then took photos before he started to make sure he wasn't responsible for the damage caused when the car hit the snow bank. Then they were careful not to use hooks and took a kind of fabric cable to hook the trowel hook under the back of my camry. Very satisfied with the service. I recommend Remorquage Sainte-Agathe for all your towing needs.

Despite the Siberian cold and a heavy workload, both the dispatcher and the tugboat were extremely kind and considerate to me. They got me out of my awkward position very quickly! I take pride in always having my roadside assistance do business with you!
