C'est difficile d'avoir un plombier plus professionnel, méticuleux, souriant que la personne qui nous as été envoyée. Je suis soulagée d'avoir trouvé un plombier local qui connait les systèmes de pompe en région. La personne était VRAIMENT gentille, il m'a expliqué comment fonctionnait le système et il a tout vérifié. Merci au groupe H20 de nous avoir aidé à ouvrir notre hôtel dans les temps! :) A plumber from the H20 group came to repair our drinking water distribution system at Les Petits Chalets. It's hard to have a more professional, meticulous, smiling plumber than the person sent to us. I am relieved to have found a local plumber who knows about pump systems in the region. The person was REALLY nice, he explained to me how the system worked and he checked everything. Thanks to the H20 group for helping us open our hotel on time! :)

Je croyais devoir changer la pompe mais heureusement le problème se situait au niveau du flotteur qui était bloqué. Francis a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer le fonctionnement du système et je ne peux que chaudement recommander ses services. Merci au Groupe H2O pour un service rapide et efficace. We had a problem with the water draining from the basement toilet. We called on the 28th and the next morning Francis was there. I thought I had to change the pump but luckily the problem was with the float which was blocked. Francis took the time to explain how the system works and I can only recommend his services highly. Thank you to Groupe H2O for a fast and efficient service.

However it took me one hour to pay due to technical difficulties and in that one hour I had multiple threats that they would sabotage the job they had just done. I don’t understand why they simply didn’t ask for me to pre-pay or put a credit card on the account before showing up.
