Today I call Reliance Home comfort and Service is very fast. They send technician to repair my plumbing issue. His name is CHRIS LLOYD. He is very knowledgeable and also did his job very nicely. He find the root cause of the issue and did in a very nice way. I am very happy with his work. Thanks Chris lloyd for excellent work.

Edit: Reliance credited the money back. I raised the score. Reliance Sales is hit and miss. My previous Furnace purchase was good experience. The Sales person knew his job well. He emailed me timely with all the options for me to consider and choose from. and he followed up on the Installation day and made sure everything's happening. This time around, the AC purchase was not good. This Sales person didn't know his job well. Not returning my emails. Didn't know the conditions for financing options. Took long time (45 minutes to one hour) at my home filling out online purchase forms. And in the end, it turned out the NEW AC installation is not feasible assessed by the Technicians. He didn't follow up on the installation day either to make sure things are happening. Therefore the Score is 3. Reliance supposed to install a NEW AC on 24 Apr, 2022 Reliance showed up @ 10 am. Reviewed the furnace room, piping and breaker box. they decided that it was not feasible. However I was charged almost $6000 for an AC not installed. I called Reliance for this charge and requested to credit back a service that's not provided to no avail !! Reliance needs to credit me back the money for service they did not provide.

We have an old water tank. It often turns off the fire. First the service person came and exchanged a part but it turn out not working later. Then we called again and another service person came the same day. He told us our water tank was too old. He installed a new water tank for us. He was very considerate and took his time to do it. Very happy.

We were very impressed by Reliance representative, Charley, who came to our house to replace filter and also check on heating system, thermostat etc. He was extremely helpful and provided useful help and advise. Reliance responded to our request promptly and sent someone the very next day. We have given all our household requirements contract to Reliance. They are prompt, efficient and provide good value for your money

The Reliance repair man was awesome!!! Impeccable service. Furnace stopped working just after midnight. Was there at 7am. Needed part…went to pick it up, so my family wouldn’t freeze!! So impressed….really knowledgable and gave a lot of good advice for the upkeep of my furnace that l purchased at Reliance with central air conditioning. Great warranty (10yrs)…terrific, conscientious company and staff. I will definitely use them always and refer to anyone that needs a new furnace, central air or water heater. Have always been helpful, understanding and efficient. Thanks again for the service man, was the best ever!!!!

1) Jan-7th-2022 at 9pm Charlie(Reliance Tech) came to my house, checked my furnace, and recommended purchasing a new one, charged me $111.87 for his visit and told me that if I purchase a new furnace the visit cost would be refunded to my credit card. I have not received the cost of the visit yet. 2) Charlie while at my house, he contacted the Reliance sales rep Ali Fouladgar, who recommended the brand Carrier. Charlie sold me a furnace brand Carrier which cost me ($3,614.87). I thought I was dealing with a reliable company. 3) On Jan-08th, I was expecting that a Reliance authorized team would show up to install the new furnace. Rather, a NO name Chinese Tech shows up. They did not speak English well, and the installation was horrible, they made a mess in my house and unnecessary holes on the outside brick. And the hole they made on the ceiling was covered with a broken metal fan cover(see picture). The installation looks very unprofessional. Your website is misleading, only propaganda. 4)I have asked the sales rep many times for the warranty certificate but I never got one 5) Since day one, the furnace has had a nonstop humming sound. The sales rep and the Technician assured me that I was buying a high quality and quiet furnace. However, it turns out that the furnace Reliance sold me is defective. The sales rep would not answer calls after the sale was finalized. Another technician on Jan-21st-2022 came to take a look at the humming sound. The Technician came and told me that the issue is with the transformer. It is March-8 and I still have a defective furnace in my house. I can hear the humming sound through the vents. The technician mentioned that the Carrier brand has an issue with transformers. I do not want a defective furnace, I paid for a brand new furnace, if you need to start replacing parts of a brand new just installed, I want my money back and I will buy from a reliable vendor. I did not pay almost $4000,00 for a defective furnace. I also called Carrier NY on Jan 11th at 9:38amET, I even had a case # from them, they advised me to call the vendor, and I am tired of trying to get someone to resolve it. Called, emailed the sales and the customer service and nothing yet. I do not recommend this company.

Our water heater finally gave out, and after a quick call on the weekend they sent us an excellent technician by Monday. Emanuel was very personable and went above and beyond what was needed to get things done. Even when it was found that the tank needed to be replaced entirely, the company was quick to identify stock and have everything ready to go and installed perfectly the next day. There is no horror story to be found here folks, great tech and reliable company!

We were so excited when back in 2017, we learned that we had won the Reliance Home Comfort's 150 Years of Canadian Weather Contest. When the new furnace and air conditioner where installed, it looked fabulous especially with the special maple leaf painting wrapped around the furnace. This Fall the AC stopped working and they sent a technician to repair it but they couldn't find the problem and it was getting too cold to figure out anyway so we should try again when it gets warmer. They said that it was not under warranty which we thought was odd but we thought we would figure that out later. Just last week at Christmas the furnace stopped working, The technician came and said that the control board probably needed to be replaced and it was also not and the warranty is only until 5 years after the furnace is manufactured and not when it was installed (2017). We are disappointed that Reliance would "giveaway" a brand new 4.5 year old furnace. I do believe if my research is correct that the AC unit was manufactured in 2017. I guess one should never look a gift horse in the mouth. I give two stars because the furnace looks lovely and has worked for the past 4 years and most of the time Reliance comes quickly to fix issues but not these past two times.
