★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager gave attitude, very passive aggressive, were late by an hour, bullied his own coworkers, rushed us into moving, took there sweet time, ripped us off to pay them by cash, didnt say a nice bye after they finished and left. Wouldnt ever call them up for service for their unprofessional behavior and attitude. Worst moving service in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience. The owner Mark is really unprofessional. My closing date was changed and he refused to get me $400 deposit until today. He lied to me saying he will return $250! I filled on plain to BB. If I could give him 0 star I would. Like no enough stress moving he made me sick!

i'm a business owner and they should not have a business, very bad service, not polite, require help to move stuff because they don't come prepare.
Charged me an arm and a leg to move a 1 bedroom appartment and they took so long, due to the fact they were being paid hourly.
please take someone else and save yourself money, a headache, not worth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life, showed late an hour, promised to bring a 16ft foot cube van but showed up with the most beat up 10 foot trailer that barelly fit our stuff. We made 5 trips with our trucks to help out since they didnt bring the box truck and still had the audacicity to charge me for it.
They ask paid hourly but there the slowest oldest guys on earth, we moved more stuff then them in 1/4 of the time. This company should not be allowed to operate, they also asked for a cash transaction without paying any taxes wich i hope cra catches them.
very unpolite, non friendly, no care for belongings, worst service EVER, stay away at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a real moving company. This is a guy with a pickup, trailer and a minivan.
-They showed one hour late to the job.
-He promised to bring a 16ft cube truck but showed up with a "12 foot" trailer and a beat up minivan. When we asked the owner, Mark, where the truck was he said "I was either going to bring the truck or two 12 foot trailers." We asked him where the second trailer was and he brushed it off with a non-answer.
-It took them 4 hours to move 1 bedroom set and 2 couches (Total of 5 "big items a couple of smaller ones which is all they could fit in their vehicles). We ended up having to use our own vehicles for all the boxes.
-The owner was rude and condescending (We asked him to please pack the TV standing up vertically and his response was "Obviously". A word he used many times in the 4 hours. Not sure if he really know what it means because OBVIOUSLY a 16ft truck isn't a 12 foot trailer and a minivan. I also don't think he knows what "reliable" means because there's nothing reliable about his company).
-When everything was said and done, he overcharged for his poor service. -They also damaged the few items the moved.
Bottom line: Stay away. Do not hire them under any circumstance. The name of the company is a bad joke.
