★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered product and accidentally selected shipping. I immediately contacted Relaxus to change my order to pick up. The service rep put a note on my file to change my order to pick up. Apparently the person packing the order missed it. Because of this I had to go find products elsewhere for work. In the meantime, they eventually refunded my order minus shipping, telling me that it was my error and they won't be refunding shipping.

Both my sister and I had purchased himalayan salt lamps from London Drugs and the bulbs died within a very short period of time. We just wanted to purchase new bulbs, but the customer service representative informed us that they were not replaceable and immediately sent us new lamps!

I had a problem with a massager not working 2 weeks off warranty, and they were going to send a replacement, no charge, no problem. I dealt with a very kind, understanding person…Marianne!
