★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande variété de vêtements. Toutefois, il n'y avait pas suffisamment de personnel, donc il y avoir de l'attente aux caisses, mais le service était sympathique.
 Great variety of clothes. However, there was not enough staff, so there was a wait at the checkouts, but the service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lundi fin de journée (16h15), le plancher de ma carabine d’essayage est remplie de « minous/ cheveux », ca doit pas dater d’une journée seulement.. // Je suis seule en file depuis une quinzaine de minutes, la cliente devant moi a un retour.. la fille qui semble être la gérante du magasin vient en aide à la vendeuse quelques fois.. mais elle n’est pas du tout intéressée à me répondre pour faire ma transaction bien décevant comme visite.
Monday at the end of the day (4:15 p.m.), the floor of my fitting rifle is filled with "kitties / hair", it must not have been a day ago .. // I've been alone in line for about fifteen minutes, the customer in front of me has a return .. the girl who seems to be the manager of the store helps the saleswoman a few times .. but she is not at all interested in answering me to make my transaction very disappointing as a visit.

Il faisait très très chaud dans les chambres d'essayage donc j'ai décidé de quitter sans faire d'achat.
Very sad I went and there was not even air conditioning that worked yet it was still 33 degrees ?
It was very very hot in the fitting rooms so I decided to leave without making a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue de mes dernières expériences... Aucune empathie pour la clientèle, aucune flexibilité et l'impression de déranger lors de retours. J'ai excédé la date de retour d'une semaine et aucun arrangement possible, aucune ouverture et surtout un accueil très froid. Ayant déjà travaillé pour la bannière, je constate malheureusement que la philosophie de l'entreprise a beaucoup changée.
J'étais une cliente régulière, mais ce ne sera assurément plus mon premier choix désormais... Dommage puisque d'encourager local est bien important surtout ces derniers temps.
Very disappointed with my last experiences... No empathy for customers, no flexibility and the impression of disturbing during returns. I exceeded the return date by a week and no arrangement possible, no opening and above all a very cold welcome. Having already worked for the banner, I unfortunately note that the philosophy of the company has changed a lot.
I was a regular customer, but it will certainly not be my first choice anymore... Too bad since encouraging local people is very important, especially lately.
