De plus vous avez laissé votre employée seule à servir TOUTES les clientes sur place pendant que vous restiez devant la caisse à attendre. L'entraide vous connaissez ? De plus votre attitude lors de mon passage à la caisse fut plus que désagréable, et vous en avez rajouté en faisant un call déplacé sur cette employée. Sachez que cette même employée m'a donné un excellent service elle, et ce, malgré les nombreuses demandes à gérer en même temps. Je vous confirme que je travaille moi-même dans le public et je lui donne un 5 étoiles contrairement à vous. J'espère que vos gestionnaires liront mon commentaire et sauront redresser le tout.

J’avais besoin de soutient-gorge, Mélanie a été très professionnelle et a su très bien répondre à mes besoins, Les caisses ne fonctionnaient pas mais la gérante Noëlla à arranger ça, j’ai attendu un bon 20 minutes mais toujours dans un ambiance agréable, à La caisse on ma offert le programme de fidélité, c’était ma première fois et j’y retournerai. Merci au personnel de Duplessis de m’avoir fait vivre une belle expérience!
I went this weekend, they were 2, a nice welcome and very smiling. I needed a bra, Mélanie was very professional and knew how to meet my needs very well, The cash registers weren't working but the manager Noëlla fixed it, I waited a good 20 minutes but still in an atmosphere pleasant, at the checkout I was offered the loyalty program, it was my first time and I will return. Thank you to the Duplessis staff for giving me a great experience!

Les employées sont sympathiques, pas du tout gênantes et très attentionnées. J’ai dû y retourner pour un petit problème avec un soutien gorge et le personnel en place a tout fait pour m’offrir un service de qualité! Je recommande!!
I had an ultra personalized service. Buying a bra is quite an adventure but I had help and advice. The employees are friendly, not at all annoying and very attentive. I had to go back for a small problem with a bra and the staff there did everything to offer me quality service! I recommend!!

Elle a su m'aider à trouver ma taille de soutien-gorge en un temps trois mouvements et m'a ensuite aidé à trouver des items qui convenaient à ma silhouette tout en respectant mes goûts. Mélanie est une employée souriante et très sympathique qui a su rendre quelque chose que je déteste faire normalement agréable et non malaisant car il n’y avait aucun jugements de sa part.
I went there for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the great service from Melanie. She was able to help me find my bra size in three steps and then helped me find items that suited my figure while respecting my tastes. Mélanie is a smiling and very friendly employee who knew how to make something that I normally hate to do pleasant and not uncomfortable because there was no judgment on her part.

This is one of the reasons why I go there and not elsewhere. Mélanie is an extraordinary employee who is always smiling and funny. Looking at me she already knows what size bra I wear and she is not mistaken and I like to come see me at the cabin to find out if it fits me well and suits me. Keep up the good work Melanie!!!
