★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service et très mauvais matériaux. Je ne recommande pas à personne ce magasin. J'ai retourné 4 fois des bases de douches et sans parler de tous le reste qui m'a causer beaucoup de retard dans mes travaux.
Very bad service and very bad materials. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I returned 4 times shower bases and not to mention all the rest which caused me a lot of delay in my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Première fois que je fesait affaire au même endroit pour les rénovations de ma salle de bain, contrairement aux autres fois où j'allais à gauche et à droite et que j'étais jamais satisfaite à 100%. Maintenant je suis heureuse et avec les bons conseils en plus de Andrée Anne pour la décoration et autres ça été extra. Excellent service de sa part et tout se règle sans problème.
First time dealing with the same location for my bathroom renovations, unlike other times when I went left and right and was never 100% satisfied. Now I am happy and with the good advice in addition to Andrée Anne for the decoration and others it has been great. Excellent service from him and everything is sorted out without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service de Bain Dépôt (boutique + principalement le bureau chef).
J'ai visité la salle de montre au courant du temps des fêtes 2021 afin d'acheter deux robinets de salle de bain.
La préposé m'a recommandé de les commander directement en ligne considérant qu'ils ne gardent pas de stock à Ste-Foy, et de m'attendre à possiblement jusqu'à 12-14 jours ouvrables de délais pour les recevoir « à cause que Poste Canada ne sont pas très rapide ».
J'ai commandé en ligne le 29 décembre les deux robinets (en stock à ce moment, et toujours en stock depuis). Le courriel de confirmation mentionne qu'un délais de 1 à 3 jours ouvrables est à prévoir avant l'expédition.
Maintenant, pratiquement un mois plus tard, quatre courriels au service à la clientèle et trois appels dont un seul où j'ai réussi à avoir la ligne, ma commande n'est toujours pas expédié selon mon profil et je n'ai toujours aucune information de tracking.
Un premier agent du service à la clientèle m'a mentionné que ma commande est entre les mains de FedEx depuis le 4 janvier, mais qu'il « ne sait pas où elle est rendu et pourquoi il n'a pas de tracking ». Il était supposé « faire le nécessaire pour assurer la livraison de mes items.»
Après une semaine additionnelle sans réponse, j'en ai conclu que ce n'était pas le cas. Ce fût le premier et dernier courriel où j'ai reçu une réponse. J'ai donc contacté l'entreprise par téléphone.
Un second agent au téléphone m'a mentionné que la commande n'a jamais quitté l'entrepôt finalement, que le premier agent « était mêlé » et que mon colis serait ramassé par FedEx à leur prochain ramassage, soit une semaine de délais plus tard.
Un jour après la date mentionnée par le second agent, je n'ai toujours aucun tracking et aucune indication que mon colis est réellement en route.
Un super service bref!
Very bad service from Bain Dépôt (store + mainly the head office).
I visited the showroom during the 2021 holiday season to purchase two bathroom faucets.
The employee recommended that I order them directly online considering that they do not keep stock in Ste-Foy, and that I expect to possibly take up to 12-14 working days to receive them "because Canada Post are not very fast”.
I ordered both faucets online on December 29 (in stock at that time, and still in stock ever since). The confirmation email mentions that a delay of 1 to 3 working days is to be expected before shipping.
Now, almost a month later, four emails to customer service and three calls, only one where I managed to get the line, my order is still not shipped according to my profile and I still have no information tracking.
A first customer service agent mentioned to me that my order has been in the hands of FedEx since January 4, but that they “do not know where it has gone and why there is no tracking”. He was supposed to “do what is necessary to ensure the delivery of my items.”
After another week without a response, I concluded that was not the case. This was the first and last email where I received a response. So I contacted the company by phone.
A second agent on the phone told me that the order never left the warehouse in the end, that the first agent "was mixed up" and that my package would be picked up by FedEx the next time they picked up, a week later. .
A day after the date mentioned by the second agent, I still have no tracking and no indication that my package is actually on its way.
A great short service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 erreurs sur une commande de 4 articles. Épouvantable service mais heureusement que les produits et les pris sont bons. J'aurais aimé avoir bien été conseillé pour ma salle de bain que je renoves. De plus, les retours de produits sont compliqués. Je ne recommandes pas Bain depôt!
J'ai essayé de parler à une madame responsable des plaintes au siège social et elle m'a rappelé une fois me disant qu'elle allait faire un suivi mais ensuite aucun retour d'appel et incapable de la rappeler.
Elle n'a donc pas pu corriger l'erreur de son personnel donc même à la tête de l'entreprise il n'y a pas de service et structure.
2 errors on an order of 4 items. Terrible service but fortunately the products and prices are good. I would have liked to have been well advised for my bathroom that I am renovating. In addition, product returns are complicated. I do not recommend Bain depot!
I tried to speak to a lady in charge of complaints at head office and she called me back once saying she was going to follow up but then no call back and unable to call her back.
She was therefore unable to correct the error of her staff, so even at the head of the company there is no service and structure.

Il a pensé à tout, en passant de la robinetterie, la toilette, le ventilateur et chauffage. Une chance, car nous aurions oublié de demander des informations ?
Great service with Jean-Philippe Morin ?? He knows his products very well and it will help us make the right choice for our future bathroom. He has thought of everything, including faucets, toilets, fans and heating. A chance, because we would have forgotten to ask for information ?

Pas d’empressement, pas de réponses évasives à nos questions, On prend vraiment le temps de nous conseiller.
Suite à un petit problème avec notre robinet de salle de bain, nous avons reçu un appel du service après-vente dans les heures suivant l’envoi de notre courriel.
Encore à ce niveau, un service courtois et où la satisfaction du client est importante.
Nous n’hésitons pas à vous recommander ce lieu pour l’achat de tout ce qui a rapport à votre salle de bain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la deuxième fois que j'équipe une salle de bain en faisant des achats chez Bain Dépôt. J'ai eu l'aide de Jean-Philippe pour le choix, le suivi des articles commandés et un dépannage de dernière minute suivant un changement d'idée. C'est vraiment un accompagnement complet qui fait une différence comparativement aux achats faits en grande quincaillerie. Il est super sympathique et professionnel d'ailleurs!
Remarquez qu'il y a de grosses hausses de prix pendant la pandémie/pénurie de matériaux.. le même bain est passé d'environ 1100$ à 1600$ en l'espace de quelques semaines!
This is the second time that I have fitted out a bathroom while shopping at Bain Dépôt. I had the help of Jean-Philippe for the choice, the follow-up of the items ordered and a last minute troubleshooting following a change of mind. It is really a complete support that makes a difference compared to purchases made in large hardware stores. He is super friendly and professional by the way!
Notice there are big price hikes during the pandemic / material shortage .. the same bath went from around $ 1100 to $ 1600 in a matter of weeks!
