Étant une personne qui habille les tailles forte, je suis toujours en train de chercher mes grandeur parce que maintenant les grandeur sont tous mélanger. Donc plus.difficile de trouver les modèle taillé forte parce que ce n est plus identifier comme avant. Il y a toujours la section petite mais plus la section taille forte alors du trouve un morceau super beau... tu cherche ta grandeur..... pis tu trouve pas parce que... ce modèle ne ce fait pas en grande taille.... perte de temps. Les prix était intéressant mais tant qu à chercher comme une tarte et te sentir grosse parce que tu trouve jamais ta grandeur...ben j ai pas le choix de fréquenter les additionnels et les pennington de ce monde.  I find that my experience is not pleasant. Being a person who dresses strong sizes, I am always looking for my greatness because now greatness are all mixing. So more difficult to find the sharp cut model because it is no longer identify as before. There is always the small section but the plus size section then find a super nice piece ... you look for your size ..... and you do not find it because ... this model does not make it big .... waste of time. The prices were interesting but as long as to look like a pie and feel big because you never find your size ... well I have no choice to attend the additional and pennington of this world. Aujourd hui j ai été témoin d un client avec sa mère de 91 ans , il croyait qu' il était chez addition elle, il était frustré de ne pa être chez adddition elle. La vendeuse lui a expliquer de long en large que malheureusement il n était pas à la bonne place et était très désolée de ne pas pouvoir l aider et lui a dit que addition elle se trouvait à Québec. Impatient il s est dirigé vers une autre vendeuse à la caisse pour lui expliquer ...la měme chose. Il lui a dit qu' il n avais pas de temps à perdre avec, elle s est excusée qu' il ne soit pas à la bonne place et tentait de dire que c était inacceptable de traiter une vielle dame comme ça. Je tiens à dire que tout le personnel a été très patient et aimable envers lui et sa mère.
Pourtant la dame semblait très heureuse de jaser avec la vendeuse....mais dans quelle société vivons nous!!....je lève mon chapeau à ces gentilles vendeuses.

Today I witnessed a client with his 91 year old mother, he thought he was at home, he was frustrated not to be at adddition. The shop assistant explained to her that unfortunately he was not in the right place and was very sorry that he could not help and told him that she was in Quebec City. Impatient he went to another saleswoman at the cashier to explain ... the same thing. He told her that he had no time to lose with, she apologized that he was not in the right place and was trying to say that it was unacceptable to treat an old lady like that. I want to say that all the staff was very patient and kind to him and his mother.
Yet the lady seemed very happy to talk with the saleswoman .... but in which society we live! .... I lift my hat to these kind sellers.

J'ai acheté un legging dans la section des vêtements de sport qui s'est déchiré après l'avoir porté une seule fois. Après avoir communiqué avec le service à la clientèle de la chaîne, on m'a répondu par courriel que j'aurais droit à un remboursement ou un échange pour produit défectueux et que je devais simplement retourner à la succursale où j'ai fait mon achat. De fait, le site du magasin recense plusieurs commentaires de clientes ayant eu le même problème avec ce même produit: le legging s'est troué après un ou deux usages seulement. Je me suis présentée à la succursale de Saint-Romuald comme on me l'a spécifié et la gérante, manifestement irritée, m'a simplement répondu que c'était "normal" et qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Tant le Code civil du Québec que la Loi sur la protection du consommateur prévoient qu'un bien doit servir aux fins auxquels il est destiné pour une période raisonnable, eut égard à sa nature, à son prix et à l'usage qui en est fait. Si Reitmans juge que cette période raisonnable est d'une journée, à l'évidence, l'entreprise n'a pas fini de décevoir et de perdre des clientes.
I am particularly disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service at this branch. I bought a leggings in the sportswear section which ripped after wearing it just once. After communicating with the chain's customer service department, I was emailed an answer that I would be entitled to a refund or exchange for a defective product and that I simply had to return to the store where I made my purchase. . In fact, the store's site lists several comments from customers who have had the same problem with the same product: the leggings have a hole after only one or two uses. I went to the Saint-Romuald branch as I was told and the manager, obviously irritated, simply replied that it was "normal" and that there was nothing she could do. Both the Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act provide that a good must be used for the purposes for which it is intended for a reasonable period, having regard to its nature, its price and the use made of it. . While Reitmans considers this reasonable period to be one day, the company is clearly still disappointing and losing customers.
