到達時，理財專家未出面說抱歉，因為他和當天未預約的女士在處理事項。
個人覺得未尊重顧客，我請經理出面。
提到前面女士也參一腳，起了衝突。罵我不是人。
白人經理也説理專是他的員工，不可以說我員工如何⋯，而且態度非常歧視，感受有種族歧視，結果我什麼事也沒有辦成。
我已經在這銀行20年了，信用良好。

 An appointment was made on November 19, 2018. Due to traffic jams, I called at 9:20 and said that I would arrive a little later (10 minutes late).
Upon arrival, the financial expert did not come forward to say sorry because he and the lady who had not made an appointment that day were dealing with matters.
Personally feel that the customer is not respected, so I asked the manager to come forward.
Mentioned that the previous lady also participated in the fight, and there was a conflict. Call me not a person.
The white manager also said that Li Zhuan was his employee. I can’t say how my employees are..., and the attitude is very discriminatory, and I feel that there is racial discrimination. As a result, I have not done anything.
I have been in this bank for 20 years and I have good credit.
