★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a leasing an office since January 2018 and have had a great experience. The iQ team are highly responsive to any requests and have created an energetic and welcoming environment. They offer plenty of meeting rooms and shared spaces. I highly recommend iQ if you are looking for fully serviced and private office space.

Courtney, Kira, and Tiphany have always gone above & beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. What sets them apart from other shared office spaces is that they make the office atmosphere more of a family environment, and not just a place you work. I could not be happier.

The staff are always friendly and responsive to our requests. The happy hours every Thursday are also a great perk. We will definitely recommend IQ Office to anyone who is looking for office space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a 0-star rating I would. Everything you read here about iQ not paying their rent is true.
Our business paid rent every month while they pocketed that money. The response from the business "it's been a tough year"... Yes, it has. It's been tough on every business not just yours. What gives you the right to take money from other businesses, throw them out of their space, then hold on to their personal belongings?
iQ is a disaster. There is so much other office space in the city, so find something else.
