After speaking with someone the phone for half an hour and getting what I thought was a reasonable price for an office, I went downtown to get the office and pick up the keys. Was then forced to do a tour, made to wait half an hour. All I wanted was the office space for the price they quoted me. Then I am offered that with a $72.00 per square foot breakage fee after spending one month there. In these times, those kinds of hidden fees are unacceptable. People, especially places rented commercial office space should hustle and not let one customer go by.
