My only complaint is that they dont accept some of the items that the City of Surrey also doesn't accept(a disappointment on its own), and instructs us to return to a depot. We separated glass jars, chip bags and plastic bags, not accepted. I think it would benefit the community to be able to return everything on this list locally.

The staff are the best, except for maybe one... (every place has at least one... lol) and the set up is fantastic.
G	G Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have generally considered recycling to be a chore however I've had my opinion changed by the excellent experience I not only have had but continue to have every time I go to Cloverdale Regional Recycling. They always have carts and trays clean and ready. It is neat, orderly and professionally run by everybody that works there and I actually enjoy stacking my containers while watching them all in action as they take attentive care of customers. Their excellence gets brought home with me because my family now knows that I consider my excursions there to be an important part of helping around our home. I hope that their corporate leaders share my post with the people that work there day in and day out because they make a difference! Thank-you and Kudos for your jobs well done.

I saw more than on e peraon have cans and bottles spilland then you count themc yourself. Only one person at a single receipt point then you have to go to cash dispenser . Hand wash area no running water. Better off to have machines you just stuff them into
D	Dennis LeBlanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drop off a bunch of cans for fast drop. I go and ask for a bin to put the in, The yard drunk gives me attitude telling me to go inside the store and find one. Then threatens to spray me with the garden hose. After I finally make my way inside. They take all my cans for fast drop, and lose all my information. 75$ in cans I don’t get a penny for. Terrible customer service. Terribly organized
I	Isabella Cavezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are extremely rude and aggressive. I brought in 2 glass bottles that they didn’t accept and one of the staff members threw them at me. Then gave me $5 for easily $60 worth of cans and bottles. Don’t go here.

The people there are also nice. One person came to help us when they saw my mom and I had a lot of items and were having some troubles.
