I have been calling for the last 3 days and left multiple messages and nobody is calling me back. every 3 months expect a $5 increase without you knowing about it. I just ran a report showing the last 12 months with this company and the increases are consistent. absolutely crazy. I've called, emailed and I even faxed them asking someone in accounting to call me back... nothing.

A	A Human on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their drivers dinged my car and then left a note without a contact number. They indicated they would be back to look at the damages and never returned. Ended up losing my car after two months of my insurance agent trying to get them to own up to it. They're supposed to be garbagemen, not garbage men.

I put my bins and cans out at the curbside but when they pick up they either throw them or leave then put in the street where cars hit them. Have a little respect for people's property. i have tried calling the office but they can't be bothered to assist. I wish the city would look into a different company that can do a better job.

But after inquiring, we received a pickup on Friday and then on Saturday morning when I was refilling the bin, we had another pickup. Not only that but the gentleman helped me pull all the recycling out of the back and loaded it for me. A big thank you to him - he seems like a great employee - and a thank you to Emterra for their quick response.
S	Sarah Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR manager from Surrey is very inexperienced and unprofessional. Just surprised how is she even working here should have terminated long time ago. She doesn’t have any experience of being a manager. She know well how to play games with higher management to keep her job safe. She is only working 4-5 hour’s everyday and gone home afterwards, she never listened to my husband. Emmie; you need good manager here not her.
