Recently, our building's front entrance went under construction which forced residents to use the door in the back alley. When myself and another tenant suggested to the guard on duty that he should keep an eye on the back door to make sure residents find their way safely (we're downtown and there are often aggressive drug addicts in the unlit alley) and his reply was "I'm here to make sure nobody uses the front door. Outside is the job of the police, the tenants can call them if they run into a problem."

This company better than most private companies as they have enough work, and no salary issues.
