★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor himself seem to be OK, but the receptionist is enough to never ever deal with this place. Rude condescending argumentative just looking to be unpleasant.
Never ever deal with this place if this person is still working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Syal's patient manor is amazing. He is so kind and warm and doesn't make you feel like a cow in a long line of chattle being pushed through and he can't wait to reach the end of.
He answers my questions with pleasure and without rushing. There's just the tiniest amount of haste that you know he has other patients he has to attend to because you weren't the only one that fell off a horse and has follow up that day, though he never actually says it. ?
I would definitely recommend him for not only his expertise but his genuine care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the surgeon is good, the staff is rude and not helpful at all to their patients. My boyfriend's recovery after his surgery was AWFUL and full of complications due to the lack of proper instructions and poor assistance during his post-op. Thankfully his physio (from other clinic) was amazing enough to help him heal, but he got pretty close to redoing the surgery since this clinic’s staff only provided incorrect guidance; when you ask for information they are unprepared, disrespectful, and never know to answer any of your simple questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Syal is caring and attentive, and the staff at Langley Hospital was fantastic. Overall, as good an experience as surgery can be. Regarding the negative comments about the receptionist at The Klinic, I've got to say in my experience she is always pleasant and has been patient with my many questions. Perhaps the person in question is no longer working there?
