★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a speaker to be repaired they said it would cost $50 to quote which I paid and they said they would get beck to me the following week after the technician has looked at it. Never heard back from them after two weeks, so I visited the store, to be to told that they are waiting for a quote for the spare part from the manufacturer. After another two weeks still heard nothing from them went back top the store only to be told the manufacturer wants $1200 for the part and they dont have it. This was a lie as the part did not cost that and is available, I was only told this to placate me. I took the speaker to another authorised dealer and have had the speaker fixed with part replaced for under $400. However it cost me $50 for nothing.
