De plus, il faut sonner à l'extérieur et attendre pour se faire ouvrir la porte, en plus d'avoir constamment l'impression de déranger les employés attitrés au magasin. L'idée d'ouvrir cette manufacture au public provient certainement de la haute direction et semble clairement avoir été imposée aux employés de la boîte, qui donnent toujours l'impression d'avoir hâte de retourner à leurs autres tâches. Une expérience mitigée, qui n'est compensée que par la qualité des friandises et leurs prix raisonnables. On y retrouve des surplus d'inventaire, en plus de chocolats brisés vendus à rabais.
