★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the most straight forward product I have purchased online. It says 100% wool and it was, very high quality product and comfortable. I have worn it now for an entire hunting season and it kept me comfortable down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit for a couple of hours in a tree stand! I would recommend these to anyone ?

I found these garments accidentally while searching for wool vests and jackets to stave off Vancouver Island dampness. I have tons of goretex technical jackets that I was layering but somehow they don’t cut the damp chill here.
The difference in warmth is exactly what I was searching for.
I’m usually between sizes but my selections were perfect for me and I’ve worn them all through the pacific coast winter.
I have no hesitation in recommending Gostwear, their service and their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostwear is one of those places you hope you can find when your looking for that something very specific. For myself, it was looking to replace an old one piece insulated pair of work coveralls that was both comfortable and affordable. I spend a lot of time outside in the Canadian Winters and most of the new product materials are just not comfortable in the colder weather. They become stiff and also very noisy. Gostwear not only carries several styles of insulated coveralls but, they also carry so much other essential outdoor clothing that I always check here 1st. They also made it very easy to order online and shipping was fast and without any issues. It is important to remember that you are voting with every dollar you spend to keep the business's you like operational and profitable. I hope Gostwear stays in business for a long long time. They have added true value to me as a customer. Thanks Reid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 1 pair of nice thick merino wool pants. The product description said they shrink so I ordered a size or two larger. Turns out they were way too big for me. I asked for a return and Goshwear gladly accepted. Return order was processed in a couple days and new (smaller) pants arrived 5 days later. I appreciate the easy return. BTW, I washed the pants in cold water they only shrunk a little bit. I appreciate that I could find unique pants at an online store like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was alerted to Gostwear via a You Tube Channel regarding wool outerwear. I have purchased several Big Bill brand items over two orders. I'm in the UK so the items needed shipping which was all taken care of by Rob Stein at Gostwear who has provided excellent customer service throughout in terms of info and updates. Very reasonably priced too - the Big Bill items are maybe 30% of the cost of Filson and very nearly as good warmth-wise although more practical and less stylish. Even with shipping, good value to UK buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my worst experience with an online purchase I have ever made. Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance.
I don’t normally order $160 wool hunting pants so when I ordered these I was expecting good quality and fit. The quality was there but the sizing was off. I ordered size 36 and I received a size 38 labeled as 36 (shown in picture). Maybe not their mistake. I contacted customer support and they said I could ship them back. Fine. I waited and they never sent a return shipping slip. Contacted them again and they said they will not pay for shipping even though the product was not as advertised. Angry, at this point I decided to pay for the shipping back which was $20. I’d rather be out $20 then have to pay for pants that I can’t wear. From when the pants were delivered back to them, to when I got my refund took a month. A unacceptable way to do business. I am very, very disappointed.
