★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaucoup de choix présent. Le moins c'est le choix de thé noir seul. Le choix est quasi inexistant. Le thé noir est toujours mélangé avec quelques choses, mise à part une sorte.
 Lots of choices present. The less is the choice of black tea alone. The choice is almost non-existent. Black tea is always mixed with a few things apart from one kind.

Really well organized store very very clean. On the other hand, it is not because it is in bulk that it is cheap. Example Costco rocket 5lbs $ 12 5lbs bulkbarn $ 22

J'aime le concept de nourriture et condiments en vrac, beaucoup d'idées et de choix, même si parfois j'aimerais qu'il y en ai encore plus pour vraiment y faire une épicerie complète ?. J'aime le fait qu'on peut apporter nos conserve, pots et sacs pour être plus écolo. Mais malheureusement j'enlève des étoiles, car depuis la pandémie, même si on est en zone verte maintenant, je ne peut toujours pas apporté mes propres sacs... moi si je vais au Bulk Barn c'est pour faire un épicerie sans déchet. Je vais revenir quand il auront retrouver leur côté environnementale ?.
Clean place and great location. I like the concept of bulk food and condiments, lots of ideas and choices, although sometimes I wish there were even more to really do a full grocery store ?. I like the fact that we can bring our cans, jars and bags to be greener. But unfortunately I am removing stars, because since the pandemic, even though we are in the green zone now, I still cannot bring my own bags ... me if I go to the Bulk Barn it is to do a grocery store without waste . I'll come back when they find their environmental side ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle très médiocre, personnel incompétent, on doit se rappeler des noms des produits rendu à la caisse car pas d’étiquettes sur place, 1h à la caisse, rien n’avoir avec le magasin de Laval, plus jamais ce magasin
Very poor customer service, incompetent staff, we have to remember the names of the products at the checkout because no labels on site, 1 hour at the checkout, nothing to do with the Laval store, never again this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! La plupart des articles en valent vraiment la peine (surtout les épices!!). Le magasin est propre et les jeunes employés sont très sympathiques et courtois. Je trouves personnellement qu'il manque d'option de tisane en vrac mais pour le reste, pas a se plaindre.
Great! Most of the items are definitely worth it (especially the spices!!). The store is clean and the young employees are very friendly and courteous. I personally find that there is a lack of bulk herbal tea option but for the rest, not to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaucoup de choix de produits qu'on trouve difficilement ailleurs. Il n'y a pas d'économies réelles à faire si ce n'est qu'on a l'avantage de pouvoir choisir les quantités désirées. Le personnel était très serviable et répondait avec enthousiasme.
Many choices of products that are difficult to find elsewhere. There are no real savings to be made except that you have the advantage of being able to choose the desired quantities. The staff were very helpful and responded enthusiastically.
