On est des fans de chocolat et on a été extrêmement déçus, car pratiquement chaque bouchée goûtait comme une recette ratée. On a dû se forcer pour se finir la boîte car on ne voulait pas les jeter. Je ne comprends pas comment c'est possible que cet endroit ait de bons commentaires. On doit être tombés sur une mauvaise boîte! Très décevant de perdre 60$ comme cela. Et à voir les autres commentaires ici il semble impossible de se faire rembourser par la propriétaire... Some chocolates made my girlfriend want to vomit, it really made you wonder if the ingredients were out of date. We are chocolate fans and we were extremely disappointed, because almost every bite tasted like a failed recipe. We had to force ourselves to finish the box because we didn't want to throw them away. I don't understand how it is possible that this place has good reviews. We must have come across a bad box! Very disappointing to lose $ 60 like this. And to see the other comments here it seems impossible to be reimbursed by the owner ...
M	Mme Boo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrêmement déçue, mon amie a acheté là et on a mangé du moisi (voir photos) et au téléphone on lui a dit qu’elle savait quels chocolats étaient problématiques car c’était possible?! mais qu’elle ne remboursera pas rien. Vous vous doutez que nous n’avons pas prit de chance de manger plus… et malgré cela nous sommes deux à avoir été malade et quand mon amie lui a dit elle lui a dit que ce n’était pas possible que le moisi de ses chocolats nous rendent malade (et bizarrement les deux qui n’avaient pas encore prit de bouchée n’ont pas été malade…) bref mon amie ne peut pas écrire ici mais moi je vais le faire. je crois que lorsque tu achètes 65 dollars de chocolats (meme pas 30 morceaux ce qui fait cher le morceau) tu t’attends à de la qualité. Et si ce n’est pas là un remboursement s’impose (elle ne veut rien savoir) Extremely disappointed, my friend bought there and we ate mold (see photos) and on the phone we told her that she knew which chocolates were problematic because it was possible ?! but that she will not reimburse anything. You can imagine that we did not take a chance to eat more ... and despite this we are two to have been sick and when my friend told her she told her that it was not possible that the mold in her chocolates make us sick (and strangely the two who had not yet had a bite to eat weren't sick…) in short my friend cannot write here but I will do it. I think when you buy $ 65 worth of chocolates (not even 30 pieces which is expensive) you expect quality. And if that's not there a refund is required (she doesn't want to know)

Y	Yuping Xiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the negative reviews on the delayed/problematic delivery and got worried, but I manage a team in Montreal remotely and wanted to send them chocolates for the holiday, and have to rely on online order and delivery. I'm so glad I ordered from Joane. Not only did the orders get shipped and delivered very quickly, but also I heard from my team the chocolates taste very good too - subtle and complex flavors. Now I hope I can visit Montreal and visit this shop in person in the future.
