★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing I have to say about this pub is the service and food. The management and how they decide to run and deal with their patreons, staff and overall demeanor are unprofessional and poor. I wish I could go back to support the staff that endure the poor treatment, but unfortunately I will not be returning and I hope others will consider to avoid this establishment and hope the staff will consider finding new, better employment.

This pub needs lots of work….seems like management doesn’t know how to do things or properly train the servers as there seems to be a bunch of new ones who don’t know what the hell they are doing. Came in tonight and the draft beers went down and not a soul knows what to do? The mens bathroom is disgusting and needs more lighting! Paper towel dispenser is broken and they leave the paper town roll sitting on the counter…that’s sanitary.
And seriously, fix your heat!! It’s colder than an Eskimo’s balls most times.
This pub also needs to be more competitive with other pubs and offer much better deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday was a real disappointment, food took over an hour there were only 2 tables with people. A couple got up and left as the service was horrible. When we ordered a coffee the waitress comment was we would have to wait as she hadn't made any yet. The waitress repeatedly said like this isn't Tim Hortons. The final straw was when the waitress gave us are tabs walked away stood up by the bar area and yelled at our group if we wanted to pay we would have to come up to the till. First visit for me definitely my last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday brunch - Worst service ever! The staff were 10 minutes late opening and we were greeted by the waitress with, a less than welcoming, “you people are early” comment. She frequently reminded us that it was not Tim Horton’s after we ordered coffee. The only sugar container was shared with two other tables and we were offered cream from a carton that was located on our second round of coffee. The wait for brunch was over an hour with only two other tables occupied. The food had potential but was served lukewarm at best. Disappointing! Our daughter is a regular customer in the evenings and felt badly for having suggested this location for our brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 stars are for the friendliness of the bartender. We got a couple of pints before our soccer game and ordered a basket of fries. For $8 the portion was McDonald's sized and the fries were soggy. I had asked for a little mayo on the side and about a tablespoon of it came in a tiny cup and I got charged extra for that. The pints were expensive too. $25 for two pints and a side of fries is what you expect at a fancy downtown place. Not at a neighborhood pub. And to make things worse there was one creepy older guy who kept hitting on me.

Atmosphere is super cute - all about music and sports. Love the big screen. Staff is awesome, management is awesome and food is awesome. Great place all around

I can highly recommend the house sauce for wings, herbaceous and delicious!
