β β β β β We had our entire furnace & heat pump replaced March 2019. Darryl answered all of our questions and helped us make the best decision possible. After the unit was installed, he followed up a couple of times, either by phone/text or popping in if he was in the area. Great Customer Service!

β β β β β Darryl is absolutely amazing. I emailed him today presuming that, what with the heatwave of late, he would not be available for a week or two. Much to my surprise he called within the hour saying he was 10 minutes away and could pop by and at least take a look at my heat pump. He quickly found the issue and had a replacement part to hand. He explained everything and even estimated what it would cost to run it for cooling as I had told him I didn't use it much due to the imagined cost. In less than an hour I had a/c again. What a star!
Efficient, personable, professional, conscientious and kind. What more could you ask for?!

β β β β β Darryl saved us! Our heat pump stopped working right in the middle of a heat wave. I called him and explained what happened and he said he was super busy but he would stop by to have a quick look. He was so efficient and knew exactly what to try and presto, our heat pump was up and running again and our house is cool and comfortable.

β β β β β Had Darryl and his team diagnose, quote and ultimately install a new Hvac, from start to finish they have been excellent. I held off commenting because I knew there was an extreme heat warning coming, the system is great, I can't say enough about this company, they fitted us in for an install on a Saturday and Stayed until 8 pm to get it up and running, Great people/Company would not hesitate to recommend...

Went over the whole operation of both the outside and inside units and made sure we understood haw everything worked.

β β β β β I am really impressed with this company. I was hoping to get an honest look at my heat pump system so I could understand all my options for some potential upgrades and repairs. I noticed they were very professional and on time, plus they were really honest in letting me know ALL the options (not just the options that would make them the most amount of money). It was refreshing to find this high level of integrity and I would highly recommend them to others.

β β β β β Our water leak alarm proved humorous when the water went around it instead of through it but Refined HVAC to the rescue! Darryl is amazing to deal with - I learned so much about how heat pumps work, things that could go wrong and also the solution. He was so great with all my questions, and so friendly. I am so impressed with the whole experience! This is the second time weβve had them out - last time was just as great.
