If you are considering a home under $400K, you must include looking at the Townes of Redstone as one of your options. These are GREAT VALUE, well laid out, spacious, modern, garage, and best of all, NO CONDO FEES.
The level of Service by both Rhishi & Patricia was outstanding. They are easy to talk to, not pushy, and helped me not only look at their great product, but assisted with comparing to other projects in the area.
Take the time to take a look for yourself! You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Townes of Redstone are a wonderful option for everyone, families big and small. There are many floor plan options to choose from, which was a big seller for us. They are spacious, have modern features and the options of colour schemes and upgrades made for an easy purchase. They come with everything we were looking for - basement, double garage and even a backyard. There are many stores and amenities close by and even have easy access to Stoney, Metis and Deerfoot.
Rhishi the Sales Manager is wonderful. He is quick to answer questions and knowledgeable about the home and community. Together with Patricia the Sales Associate, our home purchase was smooth and simple. They definately take good care of their customers!

The showhomes look amazing, and i love how the space is not wasted inside the bedrooms. The closets are a nice size and the basement development is a great option! I'm downsizing from a house into this townhouse and I'm super excited. I would definitely recommend purchasing the Townes of Redstone! You won't be disappointed. No surprises during the process just great service.

Was under the impression the place comes with a built in work desk since the show home had it. was informed it was extra which was ok and i agreed to pay for it. its been over a month and still waiting for it to be installed. They made it sound so easy up until the possession day and now nobody wants to take accountability. They sure act like they are doing you a favor. 'We will be there tomorrow" but looks like tomorrow doesn't exist in their calendar.
