Redstone Smiles Dental - Calgary

The first dentist in years who has been honest about exactly the work I needed done to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Ended up paying half of what my last denist quoted me. Staff is friendly, and they were able to work around my schedule and even stayed past closing to remove my broken tooth.

The staff working there is awesome. They're friendly yet professional at the same time. They know what they are doing and are skilled at their respective jobs. I highly recommend this dental clinic out of all in Calgary.

I had a horrible experience here. The staff seemed really inexperienced and took a ridiculous amount of time to do things my new dentist does more quickly and comfortably. I went to Redstone because it was close to my house, but for me it's worth the drive to Brentwood for the better dentist clinic. Redstone also used up all my insurance without letting me know where I was at and did not address my main concern about my flipper repair. Definitely would not come back to Redstone.

So far so good. Just a meeting before getting a lot of work done. I have terrible anxiety with dentist as I have sensitive teeth. Always been a problem. They treated me gently and with respect. Will update after root canal and other fun stuff. Yes I will be sedated. Cheers!

I went to clinic for my root canal and tooth fillings.Front staff very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Tej and Dr.Sukhjinder.Both of them are very professional, nice and friendly. Dental Assistant is also very nice and caring. My treatment was done in timely manner and perfectly. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs good dentist to visit this clinic. Totally satisfied with service and don't worry for your money they won't charge you too much.

They are literally THE BEST dentist I've ever gone too. Everyone is so genuinely kind and nobody is judging you. I had horrible teeth and they fixed them up and made me feel so comfortable while doing so. Multiple appointments and each one I left feeling so blessed that I went to redstone dental instead of somewhere else. Definitely recommend them ! ☺️? Use to be terrified to go to the dentist and now it's a pleasant time going to get dental work done! 5 star for sure.

My friend went here to receive an implant denture, it’s going to cost her around $6,000 & there is no issue with the cost. She had to get 5 teeth pulled & they promised her the denture implant would be available within the month. It’s now going on 6 weeks & they have not followed up with my & when she calls, her requests go unanswered after being put on hold and transferred through several people. They are pushy about what insurance policy she is under & under & she works at our small business & is fully covered for dental implants & a new denture, reasonably priced at $6,000. She wanted a 2nd opinion, so has requested her X-rays be transferred to the dentist I go to & has called 3 times to request her X-ray’s & they will not comply. I also noticed while searching this business, they pay for 5* reviews through bird’s eye (trust pilot is another company a business can pay for to boost their google reviews). I’d like to mention that any company that has only 5* reviews is probably paying a independent company (such as Birds Eye), to boost their google reviews & it makes me wonder why they have to do that. My review may change if this business decides to actually send my friends X-rays to the dentist she has requested (by law), & stop putting her on hold for 20 minutes & avoiding the request. I would recommend staying away from a dentist that has to pay a company to boost their google reviews. Update, they did send the X-rays as requested after reading my review and reached out to my friend. Unfortunately it took this honest google review to accomplish that. I’m changing my review from 2*’s to 4*’s as I understand how damaging low reviews can be to a company, & they did comply with transferring her X-ray’s.

I was made to feel comfortable and all my questions were answered. A trust worthy relationship was built by the dentist and hygienist, which made me feel safe. All my needs and requirements were taken care of. As well as the dentist has a good sense of humour which is helpful when I was feeling nervous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The clinic also called me after extraction for follow up. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
