β β β β β Good place to work, but you need to want to work, and maintain your lane meaning, your not managment, and if you dont make the big ddcision, and your just a cook or general helper, just do your job and zip the lips

β β β β β I was very interested in working for this company, they had initially wanted me to start working in January but I was unable to until February. I was told they had deployments on February 1st and 5th I told them I'd be ready to go for the 5th. I haven't heard from them and they didn't send me I tried to contact them but no one replied.

β β β β β If I could click 0 stars I would. This is a horrible company to work for. The worst company I have ever worked with. First off the drive up to camp. The drive in was with the field supervisor which can vary from 10-12 hours. Most of the time he was going over the speed limit passing cars and almost cutting them off to get in front on a single lane highway. He was going way too fast on an icy dirt road covered in snow during the winter. He crashed the truck into a snow bank going almost 80km and told me not to report it. When youβre supposed to report any type of incident. After a month and a half they didnβt have my rotation set up. We sat down and all agreed we wanted a 21/7 rotation. Two weeks before my rotation was supposed to be over I prebooked appointments for my week off. The day before we were supposed to leave the field supervisor didnβt send anyone out to take us home there was no communication in regards to that. We were left wondering where the driver was worried about him. Finally called him at 9pm for him to say the field supervisor didnβt call you guys to let you know no one was coming. The lack of communication is straight disrespectful. Being 150km in the bush 3 hours from the nearest town with no way of getting home. I felt stranded. They were fully aware weeks before my day out that I had these appointments. And they donβt even pay you travel time. Even tho they say they do. Thereβs constant mistakes on payroll. And the office employees are rude and not helpful at all. They constantly hang up the phone on you and yell at you if they donβt hear what they like. They treat their staff horrible. And they donβt tell you what youβre getting paid until you get paid which is minimum wage for a job that should be getting AT LEAST $18 an hour. Youβre expected to work 11-15 hours if the place is short staffed which it is because who wants to work for a company like this? If I were you reading this DO NOT WORK HERE.
