★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a frequent user of Amazon and this is the first time I have ever had ever dealt with this company before. I order products to my place of work, as nobody is home during the day. I have NEVER had a problem with intelecom, or UPS. But 30 minutes ago I recieved an email saying that the package was attempted to be delivered, but the place of business was closed. That is very interesting since I am currently at work for another hour, and I can assure you that it is open! They are closed by the time I get off work so I am unable to pick it up. Incredibly inconvenient, as it is tough to get away at lunch. Honesty is a must, and an attempted delivery clearly didn't happen. I'd say the poor reviews definitely reflect the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Amazon package shows delivery by Dynamex to my home yesterday. However it wasn't delivered to my address, I have cameras that show no delivery attempt, and people were home to receive a delivery. The office is closed and I cannot leave a message - it just hangs up after hours. There is no online or email method of contact. This is my first experience with Dynamex, and hopefully my last. I have had zero issue with Intelcom and other weekly deliveries.
This is my first MIA delivery. My experience: Unreliable and unreachable by 6:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Amazon order showed delivered but I did not receive it. After contacting them, I was sent a proof of delivery which was a photo of such poor quality that it was not possible to tell what front door of the apartment building the package was left. I was working from home at the time the package was supposedly delivered and there was no knock on the door or even call from the buzzer to let me know the package had arrived. I understand due to COVID-19 delivery services are avoiding contact but they must provide better proof of delivery and ample notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *** EDIT - In the spirit of fairness, I have changed my rating from1 star to 3 stars. After being on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes (on and off hold several times) the package was finally delivered around supper time. ***
Was expecting a delivery from Amazon by this company. Had a tracking number and could see the date expected. Someone was home all day, plus we have security cameras. Next time I look online at the tracking it says it was delivered...but I had no package and no one ever came to my door. Called Amazon and they said it showed on their end that the driver made a mistake, they still have my package and it would arrive the next day now. Next day comes, no package... and the tracking is still showing it was delivered yesterday. Probably the worst courier service ever...I never have issues when Amazon uses their other couriers, only have problems when this company is delivering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just horrible delivery we’ve never had a problem with dynamex before at all. Called Amazon they sent out a replacement nothing. they r doing a internal investigation on where my package is. I paid for next day shipping $16 in shipping I used my birthday money to buy a Amazon gift card ordered off Amazon. The Amazon customer service was amazing but my package is missing. This makes me not want to order from Amazon ever again if they r using dynamex. Just bad service and my package says delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad Amazon has started delivering their own packages and I no longer get deliveries from this company. My experiences with Dynamex were absolutely horrible. From packages lost to not being delivered on time. Dynamex is a perfect example of how NOT to run a courier company. I have no idea how they are still in business. Lost packages, late deliveries and horrible customer service is what they will be remembered as by me forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier ever, they don’t even bother to call the customer and they simply update their system for “bad address”, and I was waiting my parcel and expecting them to call me but nothing. So frustrating and take so long for them to deliver the parcel, what a fool about 2 days free shipping. Frustrated at all!
