★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to order a bin from. They screw up every bill they send out and charge for everything invoice fees and way more for diesel then a truck could use in a day. And if you keep your bin longer then 30 days they charge you extra but don't tell you this when you order your bin.don't ever use them!!!!!

Friendly staff, environmentallly responsible system.
Would definitely go again, and would recommend to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our local peace officer has contacted Waste Management and I've since written to them directly, but Waste Management still consistently - every single week - violate the residential noise ordinances in the residential community of Parkdale. We had been originally advised by peace officers to file a legal complaint and they even sent us the forms. Lesson learned. They had more experience in these matters, both in general and dealing with this company specifically, and I'm sure if they thought a polite letter to the company would have secured their cooperation that's what they would have advised. I regret that I wasted my time thinking that they would simply cooperate with a reasonable request instead, although I still for the life of me don't understand their refusal to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give a big thanks to Darren, he has been one of the nicest people that has helped us out since getting our waste management bins. He was so polite and understanding while we filled our garbage bin multiple times and waited patiently to take them. Awesome work Darren and thank you again so much!
