Made sure the car was washed and detailed for when I picked it up. Made sure oil was changed and fluids where topped up. Awesome touch going the extra mile!! People looking for a car you must check out redline.

Making things right an sticking to his word even while being sick. Long story short. The day I got my car I had issues with the car. Took it to a local shop an called Nick up. There was aliitle back an forth figuring things out but not a big deal. My car was fixed with in 24 hours. He picked up the bill an I didn't have to drive back to Hamilton to get this done. An I am over an hour away. Saved alot time an money.. I understand that buying a used car there maybe issues that arise as you never know what you are getting into. T	T. L. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a truck, came with bald tires that was dangerous to drive in winter so I bought new tires and computer analysis states that it needed a realignment. Went to another shop and stated the same problem. So I went back to redline band told them about it because they stated that the truck was just realigned by another shop prior to selling it to me so I asked if I could bring the truck back to that shop, lady just said the shop will not do another realignment without even trying to call the shop. They will take your money then forget about you. I should have dealt with bigger dealerships with better ratings. Do your due diligence people. Lesson learned.
S	Steve Tate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good friendly people and not pushy, yet same as all used car dealers, tell you what you want to hear and give you the bare minimum. Was promised new tires, that means good used in "dealer lingo". Considering they are a dealer, detail shop, body shop and repair shop, we got a truck that they did a horrible body repair, missed items on safety and when we picked up it looked like it was washed by a kid.

A couple weeks later the side plastic trim started to fall off and the rad was leaking. Called Nick and he said they would take care of it. Nick is a man of his word which is rare in businessmen now a days. He will work with you to resolve issues and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great purchasing experience.
