Their quote was competitive, their knowledge and assessment of our needs was comprehensive. The team were efficient, they completed the installation in less time than anticipated, they were pleasant and responsive to our questions and needs and returned to complete the start up without difficulty or delay.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company and are very pleased with our new efficient and energy saving system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used RedBlue for my parents' heat pump installation (switching from electric heat) during the summer. The air conditioning worked well, but when winter arrived we found that the heat pump's heating function was faulty, and the installer had disabled the electric backup heat source. We initially had some difficulty getting a satisfactory response from the front-desk staff, but upon escalating to the owner we received a very quick, professional, and satisfactory resolution that corrected the installation mistake and got the heat working properly within 24 hours.
Overall we were satisfied with the service we received from RedBlue and are happy to recommend the company to others. Marshall works very hard to ensure customers are satisfied, and the technicians who made the repairs were knowledgeable and professional.

My work schedule takes me out of town which can be difficult to arrange things but the staff was extremely accommodating to my situation and made the whole process simple and painless for myself.

They were fabulous during a recent cold snap taking care of my older mother whose heating wasn't working properly. And again with us when our heat pump needed a reset. Great work ethic and very caring!

She was so cheerful and knowledgeable, and always responded to emails super quickly. She was professional and friendly, and even with some equipment delays, always managed to make me feel supported! Thank you so much Sarah! The whole crew in the office are all amazing.

From the estimator to the office staff(continued updates due to supply chain)to the great installation team,we couldn't be happier with our Red Blue experience. You would not have even known what they did in our house. It was spotless inside and out when the team left. They were courteous and informative about everything they were doing. Communication with the office staff regarding scheduling & supply chain issues kept us in the loop at all times. The install crew was on time, friendly, happily answered our questions, did a very neat & clean installation & spent all the extra time needed to fine tune the system to our satisfaction.
