I emailed Red Robin to enquire about their rates to repair parging that had cracked in a few sections where it meets the asphalt. I included three photos and a short description of what I was looking for, and John called back in very short order. Before I tell you what he said, let me first say that I contacted two other companies. Both emailed back saying that my job was too small i.e. not worth their time, which, as a business owner myself, I totally understand. However, neither bothered to recommend a different company that might be able to take on a project of my size. Now, back to John. He confirmed what the other companies said: it was small but, he added: "It's not serious." I really needed to hear that because I was worried about water damage to my basement or a mouse squeezing in. He went on to explain that, in fact, I could save around $700 - $1,000 by fixing it myself with a special caulking. He followed up the phone call with an email (as he promised) that included the name of the product -- and where to purchase it. In total, the phone call and email probably took up 7 minutes of John's time. It is for this reason that I am writing this Google Review (the first review I've ever written), why I have added Red Robin Masonry to my address book (for future), and why I would give them/ John six stars if I could.
E	Eileen Elliott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To accomplish the kitchen redesign I wanted, the door to the deck had to be removed and instead the dining room window converted to patio doors. I found Red Robin and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They accommodated me with an earlier work date when the orignal date conflicted with the kitchen installers. The workers were very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. Although the house is old (1964) you can barely tell where the door has been bricked in. Emails were returned promptly and every person I dealt with from the guy who gave the original quoatation, to the office staff provided great customer service. I have no hesitation in recommeding Red Robin.

The person who came out for the initial visit (John) was very professional, did a thorough inspection, and made it clear to us what work was necessary and what work was not. The people who came to do the work were also professional. I would definitely consider doing business with them again in the future. Thank you Red Robin on a job well done.
