★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought quarter of a beef carcass couple times, meat was fresh & tasty but they don't cut the meat tho. They'll just saw a side cow carcass in half and give you the quarter you want. So if you want your butcher cuts, you have'll to be very specific. Also, we're thinking of buying raw dog food as well.

For $140. they tossed in some old dusty steer slabs (steaks), smoked ham chops (pork chops), mystery meat burgers (patties), some smokies that were open, broken in half and spilling into the box, bacon that is pure white fat strips and some assorted sausage which is actually pretty good - know what you're ordering and don't take any promo garbage from the back freezer.

Lots of grass fed and organic options. Eggs and Honey too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad i found this hidden Gem while living in Calgary.. this butcher shop is by far the absolute BEST shop i have ever gone to my whole life. The staff ,the selections, pricing, quality is the absolute BEST i have ever seen. I miss this shop dearly and will return everytime i step foot in alberta.
