★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In very pleased with this place. I actually just moved in here and so far I've not found a single thing not to like. The rent is reasonable. The accommodations are quite comfortable. And the property manager is very reasonable and easy to work with. Just don't even think of setting up a bbq on your balcony. Don't try to sneak any pets into the building and definitely don't use that blue sticky stuff to hang anything on your walls and you're good to go ;)
