★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here a while back when they were freshly renovated. Generally speaking the apartments were great and I never had an issue with loud neighbours, however, in winter there was consistent issues with building's alarms freezing (and going off in the middle of the night), along with minimal snow removal. When I lived here, it was not uncommon to have to dig your vehicle from a foot and a half on snow, and trek your own way through the parking lot. Lastly, management was not the best in the world either. Bob the manager can be incredibly challenging to deal with.
