★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've literally never experienced such awful customer service in my entire life. my boyfriend and i ordered two chicken tinga burritos and we got two quesadillas. we didn't check until we were in the car & once we realized we had the wrong food my boyfriend went back. the manager insisted that we said burrito and refused to remake it or give us a refund. the guy was literally GASLIGHTING us and saying that he knows what quesadilla sounds like and that's what he made. we were very nice about it at first but it just got ridiculous. I can't have very much cheese so now we're out $27 and i have nothing to eat. i obviously didn't order a quesadilla if i can't eat a quesadilla. we weren't looking to get free food or anything, we just wanted to give the food back and get a refund but the manager refused and told us that's what we ordered. he said it's our opinion that we think we ordered burritos ?? and that it's our job to watch what he's making while he's making it. i'm never the type to leave a bad review as i work in customer service myself and know how hard it is, but this was honestly the most insane service experience of my life. if i spoke to a customer the way we were spoken to i would lose my job. i'm in awe of how awful it was, the bar was on the ground and the guy brought a shovel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love, love this place, from the corona bottle chandelier to the velvet Mexican sombreros on the wall!
The portions are huge, and their guacamole is delish! There is something for everyone here, meat eaters, vegans, or gluten free! I've always had good service here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Mexican infused dishes on the Drive! The hand made burritos are beyond tasteful, eyes closed when eaten your taken to Spanish feast of exotic delights! The food must be tried!!! My words could never illustrate the culinary opportunities awaiting your eyes, your mouth, your tongue your wallet?.
The restaurant itself is set in nostalgic Mediterranean sea side cafe with warm and bright decor, perfect ambiance for a night out. The view out the windows look into lots of sunshine and interesting sceneries, that occur on a very busy corner on Commercial Drive. This is a must visit must try restaurant if you are in the Vancouver area.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go here and absolutely love our experience however with each year comes another mouthful of gristle and overcooked, impossible to chew chicken. We don't live close by so we used to take every opportunity to have Red Burrito. More time lapses between visits as we have an unsatisfying experience. Then we forget, we get nostalgic and we try again. Sadly I don't see us returning any time soon.
One positive thing is that the people working are consistently kind and welcoming. In the restaurant business however this is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always driven by this place but today was the first time I decided to stop and check it out. Oh boy I’m so glad I did. The burritos are huge, delicious and for 12 bucks you cannot go wrong! I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanna try the best Burrito I definitely recommend this branch, clean and extra flavour they prepare how you want, Jesus is the best chef, very friendly any time I go he is trying his best to make me and all other customers happy, it never took me 5 minutes some times I ordered more than one they prepared so fast without losing the deliciousness.
Highly recommended and thank you for providing the best service.
