The person that spoke to us on the phone which I believe is Sandy Roopwattee Sarju told us that they can pick it up only if there is 6 bags or more so we organized our entire building to donate and NOW THEY SAY THEY DON'T PICK UP FROM BUILDINGS. Also, they hung up on us. This is nonsense and bs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have ever dealt with for picking up and recycling. Got up early so that my items were outside on the porch for 7 Am . 2 days later in the evening...they are still there. SPOKE WITH Sandy at the office, she told me that the pick up truck was full and that they would come by the next day. No show. Don't waste your time with this company.
