★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new 2021 Can-Am Renegade XMR 1000r a few months ago from RecTech. Their sales staff was awesome to deal with and had great communication back and forth. After I received my machine, had a minor hiccup, and RecTech service was instantly right on top of it, making certain I was satisfied with the purchase. These folks are first class to deal with, and I would definately use them again for future machines! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hands-down the most unprofessional & dishonest Motorsports store I’ve had to call in my search for a new toy this spring. I’ve called in 5X for the same vehicle and been either hung up on or fed flagrant lies by the GM Ryan & his sketchy sales chick Falicia.
They refused to sell to me because of the city I reside in & additionally have lied through their teeth about what is & isn’t in stock.
Never shop here.
I can think of plenty other places to spend money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsatisfied with service , took my sled in for service , after 8 hours labor still not fixed. Went from major motor job to simple thermostat, still unsure. Sled is 1 year old. Picked up sled and took to different shop. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how much they pay the people who reviewed them highly but I found the service subpar. Stock was minimal what they had was sold and staff were not interested in helping customers to find units to purchase. Better off going somewhere that values customers. I’ve tried ordering multiple items here with no luck and no feedback.
This is not isolated to just ordering inventory. Entering that showroom and browsing the limited selection. at what point do sales people offer alternative routes ? No one said how to get an order in for something similar or offered any type of compromise. In fact no one approached me the whole time I was in the store. Very poor sales tactics.

The day I received it (Christmas Eve), I called them and informed them of the mix up and they contacted another dealer and asked them to make sure I received the part ASAP. directly to me! I will be shopping here again in the future! Thank you so much for making sure your customers are satisfied. I really appreciated Anna's and Amber's help with this process. You guys have a great team?
