β β β β β The amount of improvement I have seen in only 5 sessions has been phenominal. The attention to detail and the thought put into each training session is what makes all the difference. These guys aren't interested in just making you sweat and tired for no reason, they care about developing your skill and technique. However, don't be mistaken..this is an amazing workout as well!
