They were always there to answer any questions we had as we navigated the real estate market for the first time. Amazing tandem, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying your first home is daunting and you lean on your family and professionals to help guide you through the process. Rebecca met with my husband and I to walk us through the whole process of home buying. Rebecca understood our hesitations, our budget and helped us "dip our toes" in the real estate market carefully. When Rebecca started helping us, it was the last week of February 2020 and we had estimated June 2020 we would begin seriously looking at homes. The first weekend of March 2020 we did a full weekend of open houses and even booked 2 showings on a Monday night following. We never thought we'd find "the house" so quickly, but we did. Rebecca worked with us to create our first offer the next day (Tuesday) and sure enough the sellers accepted (the same day). We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have found our home and to have had Rebecca help guide us the whole way. Thank you again Rebecca and Nick.

We will be forever grateful for their hard work during the process of finding our perfect forever home in the middle of a pandemic, and unpredictable market. They are both dedicated, trustworthy, hard working, honest, loyal, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, patient, fun and genuine. They always made us feel like we were their number 1 priority, even if it was late at night. We miss house hunting with them and would definitely hire them again in future, as well as recommend them to family and friends.
