Where other agents would have left us alone to deal with the Builder, Mitch stayed throughout the entire meeting to assist with the process. We were very grateful for his support. When we finally found the one he jumped into sending our offer within minutes which ended up with us closing the deal at what I would think is about 50k under value. His from the ground up construction knowledge really makes you feel comfortable about making an offer without a home inspection which unfortunately now a days is the norm. He has built houses so he knows when they are built wrong and will tell you! Mitch and his wife Bailey are the best real estate team around!
