★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh Collins was amazing at making us not only feel comfortable as first-time home buyers but made sure we learned along the way so we could become confident home buyers. Every time we viewed a new property Josh would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We were blown away by his service and how he accommodated our tough work schedules. Josh was a dream to work with. He was professional, respectful, PATIENT (hello, first-time homebuyers), but also straight-to-the-point and realistic to our situation - qualities we appreciated. I want to thank Josh so much for making our first-time home buying experience smooth and comfortable. I will (and have) recommended Josh to friends and family, and he will be the first person we call when we plan to move in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WE’VE MOVED! Yes, and things are settling down and beginning to feel like a real home. That part we had to do. The rest was done by Josh. He was a fantastic real estate agent. We are a difficult couple who knew exactly what we wanted: I knew what I wanted, and my husband knew what he wanted! It was up to Josh to try to find us a house that had both…and he did! As he showed us house after house, being extremely flexible due to our demanding schedule, he had the calmness and patience of Job and the sense of humour to match. Josh has a polite, easy manner with people and is able to read them with regards to their likes and dislikes when it comes to home buying. His interest in his client’s personal lives is not only to find a suitable house but shows his innate kindness and compassion. Ours was a very easy, comfortable yet professional experience and we would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is purchasing or selling their property.

We’ve worked with a number of real estate agents in the past, but none even come close to the quality of service we received from Josh. From his communication, reliability and enthusiasm, to his marketing, negotiation skills and professionalism, we found him to be incredibly easy to work with, something that was even echoed to us by the Realtor who sold one of our properties! Great customer service seems hard to come by these days, but Josh has done a rock-solid job of building his business on just that, and we couldn’t be happier to have experienced it!
