His reputation proceeds him as an expert in the Peterborough market, but what really makes him the best option for buying/selling your home is how hard he works - this is why we decided to go with Alket. At 7:00 AM the day after we decided to sell, I looked out the window to see him getting the 'Coming Soon' sign ready at our property. This was just the first item on a long list of things he does to outperform his competition. He approached the sale of our home strategically, and he made the process fun and enjoyable. It goes a long way to have the right person on your side who has a great heart and extremely passionate about what they do. These are attributes that lay within a person and I see no better way to use them when representing you on one of the most important purchase/sale of your life. Having someone to rely on and trust will take an extreme weight load off your shoulders. An amazing guy and a phenomenal Realtor, proof is in a stellar track history. I terminated my lease and he continued to take money out of my account since he requested post-dated cheques. I had to go to my bank and cancel the cheques as I attempted to contact him at his office and through text multiple times with no response. If he believes as though I am wrong and he is deserving of the extra months rent he took out of my account I would be more than willing to hear his reasoning, but he has not given me that. As I am in university, I am tight on money and he stole $600 from me. I have not even received the couresty of any sort of response from him. I do not recommend working with Alket. He took advantage of someone who he knew was not in a good financial spot.

Conversations with a number of agents suggested that Alket was the one that would pay a lot of attention to our property and we were right. He worked extremely hard and was in contact with us often. He had helpful suggestion about what to change about the house to make more attractive and recommended staging which we agreed to do. There were 14 showings in 7 days, more than our first agent had managed to get in three months. The happy ending is that our property sold in exactly 1 week after being advertised. There were two final offers, both higher than the listed price and we chose the highest one. We could not be happier. We know that he worked very hard to get these potential buyers to the final moment and we are very grateful. We would certainly recommend him and his team to anyone. They go that extra mile to get things done.
