Very professional people to work with. Steven was our property manager and was very quick about fixing any issues with the house. Also very respectful of our privacy, always gave us lots of notice if he was coming by the house. Was also very reasonable with the damage deposit and move out inspection.

I been a tenant in 2 properties with Steven and he has been very helpful and very responsive in dealing with any problems that have come up over the 3 years I've been a tenant. Highly recommend if your looking for a great landlord you contact them ? ?

Great Experience.Just Got my Last month rent back,was charged Administrative fees from my security deposit and the rest was returned.The administrative fees was for breaking the one year lease agreement though,they respond quickly to repair anything in the condo that breaks down,they do everything by the book so read the contract well and agree to it before signing.The move out guy steeve was execellent during move out inspection.Once you clean the rug and walls and fix all the bulbs and no major damage he gives you an excellent score for the move out.Use professionals to clean and show him the receipt and make sure your drains are all draining properlly.No clogs.Nice having you guys as landlord.CHEERS.

Overall a smooth experience with Steven as our property manager. Everything was documented during move in to ensure everything was correct during move out. No issues, we had a thermostat problem which was promptly handled. A great 1 year lease experience from a student!

I have been renting with them for more than a decade and they are great. They are quick to respond if somethings happens and are taking great care of the property with upgrades happening regularly to keep the building in great shape. I recommend them to all my friends.

Very Very good service!! We are so fortunate to have a company like realty link management to be our landlord. Steven as our property manager is very organized to ensure everything was correct specially during move in/ move out. They always get the jobs done and make sure my family is well kept. They are very responsive and timely in handling repairs. They take pride and are proactive in maintaining their properties and ensuring that tenants have a good experience. They demonstrate that they understand the importance of investing into a property and are very reasonable. Such a great team! Steven has been my landlord for 4 years now. It has been a very productive experience! When we have a problem it's promptly attended to. He has been easy to deal with and well organized. Everything is documented to be as fair as possible. He's even been open to making improvements in our rental space when we've approached him with a specific ask. The kindest thing he did was install a ramp when we asked because it made life so much easier with kids.

1 star, because “No Stars” wasn’t an option. Complete joke of a company. If they get a chance to charge you a fee, they will… While they have no legal right to do so. For tenants that don’t have the wherewithal or knowledge to defend themselves, they will do everything they can to take advantage of you. Joe is the worst of em all, he’ll threaten a fee, and if you stand up for yourself and tell him his legal obligations, only then will he back down. They only want your money… and they’ll do everything they can to get it. They make the fees up as they go, they even tried to charge me a $100 fee for missing an appointment to do my walk out inspection. An appointment that I made for THEM. They were the ones needing to show up… I’m the one renting the property, and it is mine until the keys are handed back. I was moving out early, and had the house in better shape than when rented it. Even installed a dishwasher professionally and left it behind. Eradicated a huge ant hill that filled the backyard, and built a patio over it. Built a shed. Fire pit. Firewood rack. (It was filthy when I moved in, stains on every wall like a smoker had lived there, yet they don’t don’t allow smoking, everything broken, doors, window cranks, back door lock, fence was falling down and they refused to replace even after it was negotiated during the lease signing. I even built the new fence to save them money with the landscaper, who was also my best friend. Oven was malfunctioning, took a year before they replaced it. The Hvac was disconnected in most rooms and they never fixed that either. Sink was leaking for 3 years, and all they ever did was add morE caulking. They replaced the sink the month before i moved out. I paid $1150 a month, they jacked the rent up to $1650 over night) Joe and Cecil are the most unprofessional, uncouth, unreliable individuals i’ve ever dealt with. I managed a 22 unit apartment building for a number of years and i’ve never had as much problems with tenants as I did with this “land lord company”. Realty link management is just a bunch of slumlords. They do not care about you. They care about their money and keeping it. Will NEVER rent anything from them ever again, and neither should anyone else.
