Before I met Chris I had been searching through the MLS listings on my own, reaching out to whichever realtor was taking care of the property I was interested in, which was proving to be far less efficient than I desired. Once I had Chris on the job things really came together. I work out of town and I’m only in Calgary a few days each month. Chris and I had an initial video chat while I was in kitimat BC, and after that it was off to the races. Chris recommended a lot of properties to me that I was interested in and set up the viewings for when I was back in Calgary. The process was very smooth and with Chris’ help I had put an offer on a property on the first set of days off I had after starting to work with Chris. Chris and Nicole are very prompt and reliable, and they helped me from offer to possession. Chris even helped me with the final walk through via FaceTime and taking possession when I was out of town!
