★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked for Realcare Inc. since July 2014. I Absolutely love my job. Realcare Inc. is like my second family. The love and support I get from the entire team is just amazing. Working for someone like Elba Haid is like working for your Best Friend, Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Grandmother all rolled into one. She has a huge heart and a place for every one of her staff in it. Accepting a job at Realcare Inc. was the best decision I ever made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been four years, near to the day, since my mother died peacefully, at 103. Her last years were difficult, but also a joy for her and the family. The week before she had a stroke she'd been to get her hair done, and my brother's for dinner. She died at home with family at her side, and I include in 'family' her friend Stacy who had been with her for 15 years and the Realcare team of wonderful women who lovingly looked after her as if she was their mom, not a client.
Mom's ability to live life to the fullest with joy is due to many things, not least being good DNA, but also very much the kindness and care given her by the Realcare team.
After the funeral a small group of family drove to the graveyard to place her ashes beside my father's and this small family group included her Realcare team who had blessed her in so many ways. That we included them without a thought, that they were family, is evidence of the esteem and regard we held them in. That they would take time off work, drive out of the city to the rural graveyard, is a mark of the dedication of the loving ladies mom was blessed with from Realcare.
I mentioned, at the top, that this was all four years ago. That I remember with deep gratitude the Realcare team is a mark of how Realcare made such a difference to us and to this day our lasting appreciation. Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realcare is a service referred to us by a friend when we determined our mother needed some extra help around the house. We used Reacare's services for an extended period (over the last couple of year) to provide my aging mother some additional help around the house. Like any home care service such as Realcare, there will be a "break in" period required to match the personnel with the client. I can honestly say that Angela, the care coordinator that works directly with the client to ensure the client's needs are attended to does a great job spending time with the client, working to ensure the right amount of care and, most importantly, the right caregiver. I have no problem issuing five stars to Realcare...almost solely due to Angela's and our care giver, Allison' truly personal, empathetic and hands on care that was provided. As I said to Angela, Realcare isn't just a company...it's real people that give real care. I would encourage their services and I would encourage clients to ensure they maintain a rich dialog to ensure they are getting what they expect. Realcare will work to ensure that the right care, for the right amount of time, by the right care giver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love working with real care that much that I don’t have words to describe my feelings. Really, it is best place to work with professional, co-operative and understanding staff. They always understand me and adjust my schedule according to my situation. All office staff named Alba, Angela, Stephan, Kendrae, Anastasia and Marilo are like my family members. I don’t have my family in Canada and they are my family for me. I feel blessed that I got an opportunity to work with such a wonderful team.

The staff working with our clients have proven beyond loyal to providing care and are dedicated to the role they play in ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion to those we care for.
Especially during the Pandemic of 2020, we saw the staff unquestionably answer the call of duty when working in Personal Care Homes. With such a strong sence of commitment from the entire organization we were able to adjust, adapt, and deliver what we promised- Patient-Focused Care.

I have spent the best employment years in that company. It’s not about just work environment, for me it’s the whole world, coming to the office was a pleasure every single day, so I’m proudly saying: Realcare is more about people! People who can create magic. Angels are around, right Elba???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to thank Elba Haid and the wonderful staff at Realcare. Last week, my Mother had a dental appointment and this week she had an eye appointment. On both occasions Wheelchair Services and a companion to escort her to the appointments and back to her Personal Care Home was booked. I met them there. "Sherry" (HCA) from Realcare was her companion on both trips. "Sherry" is an absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate woman. She just doted on my Mother!!! I wanted you to know that you have a very valuable employee working for you. She was absolutely fantastic!

They make schedule according to the availability of person and I never had any issue with my hours or any other thing. It’s been four months now that I am in touch with them and the experience is amazing and I also appreciate the hard work they are doing to make us happy and comfortable with them. At last but not the least I want to thank you all for giving me such good experience.
