If you ever want a phone call returned when there is an issue, like they haven't paid you your damage deposit back. It's not going to happen they will ignore and dodge you.

Worst company ever seen in my life They just seek money without giving services .............. Edit ....... This is a vague reply. Instead of saying I`m gonna change myself, you`re arguing. I`m quiet sure that your company will bankrupt within couple of years.

after calling them for 3-4 months for my refund. they give me 275$ then i asked for the reason then without any further questioning they make it 375$ . but i paid them 475$ the actual amount i paid. this is actually frustrating i got alot other things to do and can't give them call for getting my full refund. but they never understand. i wish i can give them 0 stars.

Rent an apartment from ash and they don’t know how to pick caretakers sheesh. She’s so not friendly at all, pointed her finger in my face and was told β€œdon’t talk to me” when me and my family were walking in the parking lot and she was having trouble with her car and tried to help her. Once took almost 2 weeks to get a laundry card and kept getting the run around for it. Tried to give her lease renewal papers (which i will def not be renewing lol) and she rudely said β€œwell i can’t take that right now i have too much stuff in my hand leave it under my door ugh”. Only seen her shovel about 3 times this whole winter a tenant who lives in the basement does it. I was about 30-32 weeks pregnant at the time in December after we had weird weather and it rained, when i slipped and fell outside cause she didn’t salt the sidewalk.. can’t wait to leave from this place.

This is the absolute worst rental agency. The landlord at the current building never does her job properly she’s rude an unprofessional. She never cleans. The washer and dryers don’t work properly. Even when people complain nothing is done about the situation. I’ve had multiple terrible excuses with nothing done back in return. The caretaker here is awful. When you complain the property manager never seems to do anything. I keep getting wrongly blamed for things that I have to take time out of my day to resolve. People In this building have bed bugs so the whole building was supposed to get treated but of course that never happened. Don’t rent at 519 Burnell st. The building is getting run down. The heat doesn’t work well here , neither does the plumbing. I’ve complained about that but nothing has been addressed.

Terrible management at 211 Coniston. No responses to basic emails to fix basic things such as a door knob being broken in the hallway. We have a supposed caretaker who is supposed to be cleaning such as vacuuming the carpets but that was done months ago. It was done regularly a couple years ago but stopped along time ago. I pay my condo fees on time each and every month. Basic snow removal involves plowing around parked cars and not the whole lot so everyone can get out. The only saving grace is this building is pet friendly and the neighbors are really great. Stay far away from Ash Management. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

If I said it was terrible management that would mean they’d actually have to manage our building at 211 Coniston. I never receive a response to any of my calls or emails whether its for clarification on things or for them to check cameras on possible vandalism etc.. Also the parking lot is cleared at the leisure of the company they hired. I am working from home 75% of the time right now so that means they clear around my car and leave mounds of snow, making it difficult to plug in and more often than not leaving me stuck in my stall. It would be nice to get a notice, I would gladly move my car if it meant a nice smooth parking lot. I pay my condo fees on time each and every month and the money is not not being used to my standards..Please do not choose Ash Management, trust me - 0 stars if it was possible.

I've rented and owned two homes, in all these cases providing proof of employment was as easy a few recent paystubs/tax returns, even banks found that was sufficient. They wanted to call my employer prior to approval, Rene made it clear that if people don't want property management companies to call their work that it's a "red flag" and questioned "is there something you don't want us to know?". After explaining my reasons she continued to reject my other ways of proving employment that would not revolve around phoning them. It's 2022 people have privacy rights. I'm glad the first transaction was enough to steer me away from renting with this company.
